So... today is my birthday. Not exactly going as planned but hey, I'm happy to be alive and healthy. It's funny, yet kind of sad that no one in my family even knows what today is. The only person who even acknowledged it that I know personally so far is my ex boyfriend.Which is weird. But I guess it doesn't really matter. I'm going to go out later and buy some cake and ice cream and celebrate on my own. Now that I think of it, I should have just ordered a cake from the bakery...I don't mind too much that I'm getting older. I still barely look like a high schooler so it's no big deal. I'm plan on being young forever. It was even suggested to me that I try and work as an actress on a kids TV show since I have a childish face. If I could sing and dance I would! ^_^
I was informed a week or so ago about a site that was stealing my flash games and posting them without my permission. I contacted them but it hasn't been removed yet. It's just really annoying because I have huge disclaimers in the game saying which sites are allowed to have them hosted. Plus they modified the game to include ads meaning that they are making money off my hard work. Any other games I post online will definitely have to have more protection added in. I'm getting tired of people stealing my stuff. :/
As far as art goes It's slow but I'm making progress. I realize know that I've been in an art slump for a few months and my creative juices pretty much stopped. But now that they're back I'm looking forward to clearing my ledger and knocking some stuff out. I think a part of my problem was stress. My back and neck hurt all the time and I tend to hold a lot of tension there. So whenever I try to draw pain shoots down my arm and makes everything hurt worse. I've started back on doing my morning stretches so hopefully that will help.
Oh! And I'll probably be looking for help with writing something in the next few weeks. I'm not much of a writer so focusing on a project that requires it more so than art isn't something I'm that comfortable with. So I'll probably be looking for helpers soon-ish.
And i guess that's about it...not much of an update but I just wanted to keep everyone informed and to let them know I'm still here. ^^

The day turned out better than expected and I got two birthday cakes. So my tummy was happy.
And thanks for offering. I'm going to shift through my notes to see what I think I can handle on my own so that it won't be much work for any other people that want to help out.
Your stuff got stolen?! Ugh, my worst fear. What could we do to stop it? There's a tutorial I saw a few weeks ago about encrypting your Flash data so your swf cannot be edited... *sigh* And here I was hoping I wouldn't have to resort to watermarks of any sort... Hope it gets sorted soon.
Maybe threaten legal action, create a 'cease and desist' document. Even though you won't go ahead, sometimes the threat is more than enough. It is your work after all so you're fully within your rights to threaten them.
Yeah it sucks pretty bad. I've already sent a bunch of emails to the site it's on as well, the site host and Google AdSense but not much progress has been made. The game in question that was taken was my Link Dress up Game [link]
But since it's fan art I think that's why I haven't had much success getting it removed since the character isn't mines.
The game is actually encrypted. It can be downloaded but the swf can't be decompiled and the game file changed. I'm not sure how they put the adds in. Probably just put the whole swf in Flash and added the ad code in
